LT-480 × 2600 adalah mesin rotary cutting, creasing, slotting untuk karton kardus box / corrugated carton yang memakai chain paper-feeding dan pengaturan kecepatan variable (stepless) sehingga alur lembar stabil pada ukuran besar. Konfigurasi terpisah per-unit (separately) memudahkan setup dan perawatan. Mesin ini diset seperti kelas RS-4: slitting, creasing, slotting, dan corner cutting dalam satu lintasan, cocok untuk produksi single/double/multiple wall. Dukungan optical/digital counter membantu perencanaan order & kuantitas produksi di muka

• Chain paper-feeding + variable speed (stepless) control → handling lembar besar lebih stabil, akurat untuk high-volume converting.

• Optical/digital counter → merencanakan order & jumlah produksi sebelum jalan (pre-set order quantity).

• Konfigurasi kepala kerja (typical RS-4): 3 grup slotting, 1 grup angle-cut, 2 cutter untuk slitting, 4 creaser → proses one-pass.

• Mechanical phase regulation (±360°) → penyetelan fase unit slot/crease yang repeatable (umum via worm/planetary).

• Slot height dengan 4-knives linkage regulation → penyesuaian tinggi/posisi slot serempak agar konsisten pada berbagai ukuran box.

• Axles & rollers hard-chrome plated + polished → ketahanan aus lebih baik, kualitas garis lipat (crease) lebih bersih.

• Worktable with clutch regulation → memudahkan pengecekan ukuran & penyetelan cepat saat pergantian order.

• Integrasi proses (opsional): trimming/slitting + creasing + slotting + corner cutting, dengan opsi hand-hole / ventilation hole device.
